The sun has gone. The light had dissipated from the lands – swallowed by a glutenous behemoth beast leaving the winter world encased in eternal ice and cold. Gargantuan trees stood tall, exposed of their gnarled branches as they were stripped naked from the leaves which once clothed them. Snow and ice capped from the cold air, ever growing colder. Grasses had dwindled in size by cold, and constant step of movement made by predator or prey, blanketed by virgin snow. The world had grown so dark making it difficult for those who did not possess and form of light a greater challenge to befall them. Soft flickering light would dance lazily, encased with metal-pyrite and glass. Dark violet-indigo wax sculpted candle-stick with wick made of flint-burning string. Matching pyrite handle would hang with loosened grip between black lips. Envy light would offer guidance in trepidation as muted plum maiden lingered among shadows. Abnormally long tail swayed from side to side, tendrils brushing against icy path, legs moving in direction which she had no particular place to be. She'd been a wandering ghoul – as of late. Morgäna had considered herself to be a monster a horrible hideous beast who was meant to keep out of sight, ever quietly watching in the distance of passer-by's and their cacophonous banter admiring and envying their beauty and the world around. Oh she was an envious woman and how she ever did loathe herself because of it!

White tiger beast would keep close to the maiden's side. Scarred face kept forward, as black indigo eyes followed step in which the light would give. It was certainly not a bright light. A white burning candle-flame still but it was still dim – however bright enough to allow them to watch their footing. He was as ever quiet and stoic despite the concerns that would swim though his head. The tiger had barely left the Uciliece woman's side since the purging of the sun. It was not the first time the two had endured an apocalyptic event – no the woman had watched her world burn to ashes by fire that had rained from the heavens. The two had not shared word in some time. The tiger was almost worried that Morgäna had grown mute. “Shelter should be sought.” lowly tenors would rupture from his vocals. Attention would remain forward still, rounded ears capturing she sound of ocean waves lingering in the distance. Whiskers would quiver, massive paws continued onward.

Alabaster eyes would only glance to her tiger. Amethyst gem too did offer small light of a continual glow. Electrical sparks occasionally would flare but with little to no harm to touch as it rested against her bosom loosely around her neck. “Soon.” cold words would croon in whispering hiss. Lantern handle remained within her jowls which would carelessly slur her reply. Dark ears leaned forward as she too captured the sound of the ocean waves yet birds would not squawk above. Dark paws would come to a halt, neck arched to lower her lantern to the ground as she kept it close between her forelegs, capturing what heat she could embrace as her bones would shiver and shake. Large feline would tower over the Avelorn maiden as they would exchange heat for one another – the duo embracing one another like an odd pair of lovers. Even though the two were far from it. Her tail would extend to attempt to wrap around the tiger like a tapestry-blanket.

“Take rest for now.” she would sigh, breath would billow from her lips in whimsy coils. She would listen to the sound of the rolling waves amidst the silence of the world. The ocean was ever moving – vast and impossible to freeze she knew this much. Despite the bitter cold, Morgäna felt a somber contentedness here, listen to the quiet strums of ebbing waves.
